We are regularly instructed, through solicitors, to prepare reports and provide expert witness in litigation matters. Our team acts as adviser or expert witness including single joint expert, in personal and corporate disputes.

We are also experienced in giving evidence in Court. The type of work in which we are involved relates to matrimonial investigations, personal injury and fatal accidents, negligence disputes, partnership, shareholder and director disputes and also quantification of loss in commercial disputes and business and share valuations.

We can assist in preparing financial figures and evaluating alternatives in the dispute resolution process both before and at mediation proceedings.
