The Directors believe in providing comprehensive and effective training to ensure the continual professional development of all staff in order to promote:-
Student training:-
We are committed to the training of students, providing financial and organisational resources to ensure that students receive the most appropriate guidance, tuition and experience throughout their training period.
We are an approved training office for ICAEW students and have ACCA Approved Employer and AAT Accredited Employer status.
Currently, we have students studying for ACA, ACCA, AAT, ATT and Payroll Professional exam.
Our recent exam success is excellent and many of our students continue as employees with Bloomer Heaven after qualification.
As a well established medium sized practice, we can offer a varied ‘hands on’ work experience within our business lines; audit, accounts, tax and payroll, working within a friendly open plan office environment.
