Bloomer Heaven offers a Corporate Recovery and Insolvency service in conjunction with an insolvency practitioner.  This service is dedicated to business turnaround and its team is focused on delivering practical and proactive solutions to the most complex financial problems.

The initial assessment will focus on the viability of the business and will consider the interests of all parties in the rescue process.  The team helps businesses implement strategic changes in management structure, improve margins and make cost reductions with a view to maximising improving cash flow and the return from the business.

It also advises directors on their legal responsibilities when faced with commercial insolvency problems.  The team helps identify problems early, which is the essence of business survival and avoiding an insolvency process such as administration or liquidation.

The insolvency practitioner has extensive relationships with banks, asset based lenders and business angels who are prepared to provide finance to troubled businesses or assist in funding restarts and start-ups.
